IMPORTANT: Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before using any snooker center management software, website, or application developed, published, or distributed by VYROX INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
This Agreement Applies to the Following Software Products:
Including any updates, upgrades, new versions, modifications, enhancements, patches, hotfixes, documentation, and successor products thereof.
SCOPE: This EULA is specifically designed for snooker center, snooker club, and snooker venue management software. The Software provides tools for table management, booking and reservation systems, billing and payment processing, membership management, customer relationship management, lighting and timer control systems, tournament organization, revenue tracking, staff management, and other operational functionalities specific to snooker and cue sports venue operations.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By clicking "I Accept" or by accessing, downloading, installing, or using any Software developed by VYROX INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this End-User License Agreement in its entirety.
- You agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.
- You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- If accepting on behalf of a snooker center, club, venue, or organization, you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
- You understand the specific obligations related to snooker venue operations, including data handling for table bookings, customer information, payment processing, and equipment management.
If you decline this Agreement, you will not be permitted to access or use the Software. Please contact enquiry@vyrox.com if you have any questions.
